Unison Launches Health & Well-Being in Canadian Music Survey

Unison Benevolent Fund has just launched the Health and Well-being in Canadian Music Survey, and would like to hear from participants working in all aspects of the music industry. This survey aims to assess the Canadian music industry’s mental health and wellness, in order to better inform the organization of the needs facing the music community.

By filling out this form, you are helping the Unison Benevolent Fund understand your wellness barriers and needs so the organization can provide applicants with exactly what they need for a sustainable, and healthy career. With these survey results, Unison will also be carefully curating the "Unison Wellness Studio" - a unique workshop series that will educate and inspire music-makers and professionals to integrate wellness into their daily lives, stemming from an all-encompassing (holistic) approach.

All survey responses are 100% anonymous. For more information, visit the link below.
