Super passes and wristbands for the Indie Week Canada conference and festival are now available. Returning for its 16th year from Nov. 6-11, 2018, Indie Week is getting ready to bring some of the best independent music to Toronto and a pass will gets attendees into all shows at 25 venues featuring 250 artists from around the world, as well as the informative and educational Indie 101 conference.
This year’s artist lineup includes: Scenic Route to Alaska, Danielle Bourjeaurd, The Manvils, Moscow Apartment, Brad James, Dani Strong, Jerry Leger & The Situation, Urvah Khan, Hot Lips, ETNO (Brazil), Basement Revolver, Rival Town, Trampa (Brazil) and many more. To see the full list, go HERE.
Organizers says that this will be Indie Week Canada’s biggest year to date with artists from 16 countries around the world, International showcases from Chile, the U.K., and Brazil, and Road To Indie Week winners from five competitions all taking part.
Indie Week strives to present a festival that is about discovering the best new music as well as bringing you the Indie 101 conference featuring music, tech and health & wellness topics which will take your band or career to the next level. The conference schedule is not released, but we can reveal that Canadian Musician Sr. Editor Michael Raine will be moderating a panel discussion with publicists and music journalists on Friday, Nov. 9 at 2 p.m. at The Hideout on how and why artists get covered in the music media.
